Lotus One Therapy

You don’t have to figure this out alone

"I'm stuck."
"Everything feels so big."
"We live like roommates now."
"My mind won't shut off."
"I wish I could just talk to someone."
"Nothing I do is good enough."
"I want to be excited about my life."
"I miss us."
"I wish my family would hear me."
"I just want to be okay."

Areas of focus

People come to therapy for many reasons.

Here are some of the areas I commonly support:

Anxiety & Overthinking

Obsessions & Compulsions

Relationships & Couples

Trauma & Attachment

Life Transitions

Self-esteem & identity

Neurodiversity

Burn out & Perfectionism

Loneliness & Belonging

Grief & Loss

Philosophy

Let’s do this together

Therapy can be a place to make sense of what feels confusing, painful, or stuck. Sometimes we all need another perspective. Together, we can discover what shapes you, what moves you, what matters to you.

Feeling better matters. So does knowing yourself, finding direction, and creating a life that feels meaningful.

As you begin to make sense of your experiences, you gain more freedom to decide what comes next.

We can't rewrite the past, but we can become more intentional authors of the chapters ahead.

Why Lotus One?

Hi. My name isYonni Sheila Han.
Yonni translates to Lotus
Han translates to One.

Together, they became the inspiration for Lotus One, a personal way of connecting my own story with the work I hope to do: helping people move toward greater understanding, one conversation at a time.

Like the name itself, the photographs throughout this website are my own, chosen because they reflect the perspective and quiet observation that continue to shape my work.

That same perspective guides the way I listen, ask questions, and work alongside the people who come to therapy.
